Our manufacturing facilities operate under internationally recognized quality management systems, holding CE (MDR), FDA registration, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 certifications. These credentials ensure our products meet regulatory requirements for sale in the European Union, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and other major markets.

Every product undergoes a rigorous 7-stage quality control process:

1. Incoming Material Inspection (IQC): All raw materials – carbon fiber sheets, aluminum tubes, motors, batteries, and controllers – are inspected upon arrival. Materials failing specification are rejected before entering production.

2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): During assembly, each workstation performs self-inspection, with quality inspectors conducting random sampling at 2-hour intervals to monitor production consistency.

3. Final Product Testing (FQC): Every finished product undergoes function testing (motor, brake, controller, folding mechanism), load testing (verified weight capacity), battery performance testing (charge/discharge cycle and range verification), and surface finish inspection.

4. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI): Before packaging, a final visual and functional check is performed with AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling per ISO 2859-1 standards.

Products are also tested by SGS and TUV for independent safety and performance verification, with battery testing including UN38.3 (transport safety) and IEC 62133 (safety standard) compliance. We assist distributors with certification and registration support for their specific target markets.
